We are a Private practice seeking a Full time dental assistant for our office in McKinney. We are a fun practice focused on excellent patient care with a Fantastic dentist and great team. We are seeking a responsible, trustworthy, passionate, driven, meticulous, independent and proficient individual with a great personality and positive attitude! Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey, as well as sustain patient comfort and provide appropriate education throughout treatmentConduct a thorough review of the patient’s health history in order to provide quality careTake and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments ( D scanner, digital photography, etc.)Provide superior chairside assistance (i.e., four-handed dentistry) to supported dentists during a wide variety of procedures in accordance with the state dental practice act.Utilize Open Dental for patient scheduling and record keepingPrepare treatment room with strict adherence to safety protocols and following OSHA & CDC recommendationsManage supply and inventory levels, as well as place and expedite orders as neededPartner with the providers and team to implement ARCHWAY Dental systems and maximize office workflow What You’ll GainCompetitive Pay with paid holidays, and PTO (paid time off)Continue education and training.Opportunity to be a part of our growing company that provides a stable career with unlimited growth potential Minimum Qualifications.Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminologies.Experience working in a fast-paced and patient centric environment.If required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification.Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Experience1+ years of experience in a Dental Assistant is a MustOpen dental software experience is Must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
