It has to be said, being a dental receptionist is one of the most challenging jobs in dentistry. Not only do you have to greet and reassure nervous patients, but you have to deal with insurance, make sure the schedule is running smoothly, confirm that everybody is still coming in, and make sure a million little reminders are followed-up on, all the while you are expected to do all of this with personality and a smile!
