Job SummaryWe’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Phone Representative to join our team! In this role, you will handle inbound calls from patients, provide information, take messages, and ensure they reach the correct office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone bilingual in Spanish and English who has a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Answer and manage incoming patient calls with professionalism
Take detailed messages and accurately direct calls to the appropriate offices
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving patient concerns
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in our database
Assist with updating and managing patient data to ensure accuracy
Follow provided scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism in each call
Support various administrative tasks as needed
Spanish fluency required to communicate effectively with our Spanish-speaking clients

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience is preferred
Strong phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred
Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills
