We are excited to invite a dedicated dental hygienist to join our team every Wednesday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. For over 30 years, we have proudly served our community from the same location.
As a small private practice, we prioritize preventive care and patient relationships, seeing only one patient per hour to ensure personalized attention. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional dental care focused on healthââ¬ânot sales. If we discover any further dental needs, we partner with our patients to design a proactive plan that prioritizes prevention and ensures their oral health is well-maintained.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform hygiene clinical procedures, including oral prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, sealant application, fluoride treatments, oral cancer screenings, and X-rays.
- Educate patients about the importance of oral hygiene, providing instructions and demonstrations for effective oral hygiene practices.
- Communicate with the doctor regarding opportunities for restorative and/or periodontal treatments for patients.
- Update the dental records of returning patients to ensure their health history is current.
**Qualifications:**
- Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program and possession of a valid state license.
- X-Ray/Radiology Certification, as required by state regulations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
