What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment by:

Greeting patients warmly and checking them in for appointments.
Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
Scheduling appointments and managing the practice calendar efficiently.
Verifying insurance benefits and processing claims accurately.
Collecting payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
Communicating effectively with the dental team to ensure smooth operations.
Assisting patients with paperwork and addressing any questions or concerns.

Has prior experience as a dental receptionist
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
