**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team. Whether you're an artist, mechanic, tinkerer, machine operator, or dental technician, your self-motivation and skills will be essential to our success.
**Responsibilities:**
- Utilize machines and technology effectively, showcasing excellent hand-eye coordination and precision.
- Understand and appreciate the nuances of space, color, and composition in dental restorations.
- Proactively provide solutions to technical challenges that arise during the restoration process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, organize workloads efficiently, and progress to the next steps with minimal direction.
- Collaborate with team members, offering support and assistance as needed while welcoming help from others.
**Qualifications:**
- No prior dental laboratory experience required.
- Associate degree or equivalent, preferably in a science or art-related field.
- Familiarity with computers and technology; experience with CAD/CAM software and 3D printing is a plus.
- Comfortable operating various machines.
- Must be a true team player with an enthusiasm for helping others succeed.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
