Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to strengthen the TruAbutment brand
Represent the company and its products at trade shows and other speaking engagements
Acquire new leads, develop networks/connections with dental offices/laboratories and convert to sales
Visit dental offices and related organizations to establish relationships and foster new business
Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Report on regional sales results
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Required Experience / Qualifications:
Sales experience to dental offices and laboratories is preferred
1+ years of proven sales experience in the dental industry as a Regional Sales Representative or similar sales role
Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
Driven and independent, with excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Able to travel as needed (valid driver's license required)
Pay/salary will be commensurate with experience. Health, Dental, and Vision insurance for all full-time employees will be fully covered by the company upon completing the initial probationary period.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
