As a Dental Stain and Glaze Technician, you will play a vital role in the finalization and aesthetic enhancement of dental restorations. Utilizing your expertise and attention to detail, you will be responsible for applying stains and glazes to dental prosthetics to achieve optimal color matching and natural-looking results.
Key Responsibilities:

Apply stains and glazes to dental restorations to achieve desired color and translucency.
Perform color matching to ensure consistency and natural appearance of dental prosthetics.
Utilize shading techniques to create lifelike dental restorations.
Work collaboratively with dental technicians and other team members to meet production deadlines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.
Adhere to quality control standards and protocols to ensure the accuracy and integrity of dental restorations.
Assist in other laboratory tasks and duties as needed.
Requirements:
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Dental Stain and Glaze Technician is required.
Proficiency in dental staining and glazing techniques.
Strong color perception and ability to match shades accurately.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
Knowledge of dental laboratory procedures and materials is preferred.
