We are a well-established, privately owned practice located in Wilmington, NC who are committed to delivering personalized care through our dedicated and passionate team. Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and experience:

Representing the practice with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and compassion
1+ years of dental administration experience in a private practice
Ability to have and understand clinical conversations with patients and team members
Focused on developing professionally within our practice vision

This Front Desk Receptionist position includes such responsibilities as:

Providing exceptional patient services on the phone and in-person
Productively scheduling new and current patients to ensure efficient workflow
Comfortable presenting treatment plans and having financial conversations
Experience with insurance verification and claim submission
Reliable and consistent attendance is crucial for this role- As a key member of our team, your commitment to punctuality and regular attendance directly impacts our ability to deliver high-quality care to our patients and maintain smooth day-to-day operations. This is a FULL-TIME position, Monday-Thursday from 7:45am- 5pm. No Nights or Weekends, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Our competitive benefits package includes:
