Self Starter, Passionate, Friendly, Motivated and Energetic.
Ability to perform and meet goals in a fast paced environment.
Must be available on evenings and some Saturdays
Willing to be coachable
Ability to manage 4-8 team members
Good understanding of Dental Office Management and Dental Insurances
Ability to abandon previous work protocols, and quickly accept and adopt new systems without hesitation
