About the Role

Schedule: Monday-Wednesday (may adjust to Tuesday-Thursday depending on month)
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Base Salary: $2,850/month plus bonus potential

Your Typical Day

Arrive at 8:00 AM to prepare treatment rooms and review daily schedule
Assist in delivering exceptional patient care using modern dental techniques
Engage with patients to ensure they feel valued and comfortable
Collaborate with our dental team to provide seamless care
Maintain sterilization protocols and organize treatment rooms
Participate in team meetings focused on continuous improvement
Complete day at 5:00 PM with satisfaction of making a difference
