Our local dental office in CORPUS CHRISTI TEXAS, GENTLE DENTAL SPA , is seeking a Dental Front Office Team Member. The ideal candidate will be someone who demonstrates a high level of courtesy and has a dental background.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
· Ensuring patients are checked in and out properly.
· Discussing treatment plans and verifying insurance coverage including PPO, Chip and Medicaid.
· Schedule and reschedule appointments for productivity on a daily/weekly basis.
· Coordinate patient flow between front and back office.
· Sort patient files accurately.
· Maintain a clean and welcoming waiting area
· Meet NP and production goals
· In office and out of office marketing
· Work patient call logs
· Treatment planning and financial presentation
· Insurance verification

Qualifications and Skills:
Previous Dental Office Experience required ( Minimum 1 year ).Open Dental and Insurance, software experience a plus.Bi-lingual a plus .Able to start ASAPMicrosoft experience requiredCPR Basic CardOlder is fine since it's a slow-paced office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
