Job Description
Beautiful, state of the art, brand new dental practice looking for an associate dentist for a part time position , 2-3 days a week. Practice is focused on patient care and education first and foremost. Equipped with 6 chairs and fully digital with CBCT, radiographs and intra-oral scanner. Open dental software system. 1 year experience is preferred but not required. Mentoring opportunity offered as well. Compensation starting at 30% of collections or agreed upon daily minimum depending on experience. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Responsibilities:- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals- Conduct routine dental examinations- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions- Develop treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices- Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to provide comprehensive dental care- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses
Requirements:- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school- Valid state dental license- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and equipment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a team environment- Proficient in using dental software and electronic health records systems (Open Dental)- Familiarity with infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed patient records
