About the Role:
As a Dental Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our practice. You will be responsible for discussing dental benefits, comprehensive treatment plans with patients, booking appointments, and ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:

Educate patients on their treatment options, providing clarity and confidence in their dental care decisions
Coordinate and manage appointment schedules to optimize practice efficiency and patient satisfaction
Understand and explain insurance benefits, and assist patients with financial arrangements
Collaborate with third-party financing companies to offer patients flexible payment solutions
Deliver top-notch customer service, offering unwavering support and care to our patients
Follow up with patients and track treatment plan acceptance rates to ensure high levels of patient engagement
Efficiently manages appointment schedules
Diligently follows up with patients on treatment plans

3-5 years of experience in the dental field (a must)
Expert in dental insurance benefits and ADA codes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
