About Us:
Rabbit Creek Dental is a locally owned and operated practice ââ¬â not part of a corporate chain. Established just two years ago as a brand-new startup, weââ¬â¢ve quickly built a reputation for excellence, earning outstanding patient reviews and a loyal patient base. Our office sees 60+ new patients each month, and weââ¬â¢re committed to delivering high-quality care to our growing community. With all-new, state-of-the-art equipment, we provide a modern and comfortable environment for both patients and team members.
Our mission is to provide safe, gentle, and high-quality dental care for the whole family in a fun and friendly atmosphere. We treat our patients the way we would want to be treated ââ¬â with empathy, kindness, and a commitment to excellence.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced/personable dentist with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience to join our team and provide a range of dental services, including preventive care, restorative procedures, and cosmetic treatments. The position offers excellent growth potential, especially for a dentist who wants to expand services. The owner dentist currently does not perform molar endodontics or implants, leaving significant opportunities for the associate to keep these procedures in-house if desired.
What We Offer:
Compensation: $10,000 monthly guarantee or 30% of collections, whichever is greater, with earnings potential that could easily reach $300,000 per year.
Benefits: 401(k) with employer match.
Flexible schedule (3-4 days per week).
Collaborative and friendly team environment.
Modern facilities with state-of-the-art technology.
Continuing education opportunities.
Opportunities to grow in advanced services like implants, molar endodontics, and clear aligners.
Ownership Potential: Buy-in opportunities available for interested parties looking for long-term investment and growth.
Work in a non-corporate setting with a solo dentist owner who is invested in your success.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages.
Diagnose and treat oral health conditions with a gentle, patient-focused approach.
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a positive patient experience.
Qualifications:
DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Valid Alabama dental license (or eligibility to obtain one).
Minimum 3-4 years of clinical experience (or GPR)
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
Dedication to patient care and continuous learning.
