Job description
*Wage will be determined after a working interview. For experienced dental receptionist who doesn't need training, hourly wage will be negotiated after evaluation of work interview.
Receptionist

Spanish and English is required for position of dental receptionist
Greeting patients as they arrive and answering the phones.
Scheduling and cancelling patient appointments.
Dental Charting and Treatment Planning.
Verifying Insurance eligibility.
Completing and filing insurance forms
Office duties including document filing
Excellent phone and in-person communication skills.
Organization, time management and multitasking abilities.
An understanding of dental office procedures and workflow.
Computer literacy in basic applications like email and Microsoft Office.
Maintaining front desk clean and organized

Office Hour

Tue - Fri 10-6
Sat 9-2

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
