The Key Responsibilities of a Smilepoint Treatment Coordinator are:
Patient Experience - Provide a welcoming, interactive, and an outstanding patient experience, in person and over the phone.
Schedule - Build productive Patient Schedule for Providers by making at least 20 daily outbound calls to patients.
Sales - Present Treatment Plans, discuss Insurances and finances, and close the cases effectively ensuring high case acceptance.
Front Office Operations - Manage the Front Office by answering Incoming Calls, Making Appointments, Checking-In & Checking-Out Patients, and Collecting Payments.
Maintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and presentable dental office.
EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years experience in the Dental industry.
