Healthy Smiles by Dr. Saturay DDS, a trusted family dental practice in West Seattle, is seeking a Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, an excellent attention to detail, and experience managing front office duties in a busy, fast-paced dental office.
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. Your compensation will reflect your experience and skills, with opportunities for growth and performance-based incentives.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone with at least 1-2 years of dental front office experience (preferably in a fast-paced, multi-line phone environment). You should have strong knowledge of patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and payment collection. Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental office software is a plus.
You should also be customer service-oriented, with a natural ability to make patients feel welcomed, comfortable, and informed. Attention to detail is important, as you’ll be responsible for maintaining an organized office and accurate records. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment, is able to manage multiple tasks at once, and communicates clearly and professionally with patients and team members.
Professionalism and time management are key as well as the ability to maintain a friendly demeanor under pressure.
