About Us:Pediatric Dental office looking for a DAI who is highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk and Scheduling Specialist to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and parents in a friendly, professional manner.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage incoming inquiries efficiently.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, and resources using scheduling software.
Maintain an organized and welcoming office area.
Accurately input and update patient information in databases.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle patient/parent concerns and provide solutions with a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in DAI, front desk, scheduling, or administrative roles (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Dentrix, NextHealth, Trello, Google suite and Microsoft.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A professional demeanor with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Bilingual Spanish Speaking preferred but not required
