Come help us grow by bringing a smile to work and managing our reception, billing, and insurance verification needs at the front desk.
-Greet/check-in patients and parents
-Scheduling Appointments on Open Dental
-Collecting payments in person and over the phone
-Create detailed invoices, process payments, and keep accurate records for payment collections
-Answering phones
-Insurance verification
-Work with 3rd party insurance-claim submission service
-Proactively running reports in Open Dental to track status of payments and insurance A/R
-Present treatments and discuss financial accounts with patients
QUALIFICATIONS

● High school diploma.
● Minimum of one year of office experience. Open Dental experience strongly preferred.
● Bilingual required
