The office of Dr Kimberly Pitts invites you to become an integral part of our successful team. Typical Day:
As part of the team, you play a critical role in daily operations. You have regular interactions with patients and team members throughout your day; therefore, the desire to work with people and handle a dynamic workload are essential skills. On any given day, you open the office for business, check in/check out patients, schedule appointments, enter charges, post payments, answer phones, present financial information to patients, interact with insurance companies, and manage special projects. Additional tasks include making collection calls, paying invoices, tracking monthly office budget, monitoring equipment maintenance schedules, and coordinating with vendors such as cleaning service, pest control, landscaping, etc. You will also work with the Business Coordinator as needed.
You work with other professionals to form a tightly effective team which attends to the administrative tasks of the office.
Our typical work day is from 7:30AM-5:30PM. Our typical work week is 36 hours a week, Monday through Thursday. Depending upon patient requirements and our schedule, we may start earlier or finish later. There are some select Fridays that we are open for patient care or scheduled for team building and continuing education.
