Job Description
Orthodontic Practice looking for a full time Treatment Coordinator. Hours are from 8:30 to 5:30 and one day per week 9:30 to 6:30 depending on the day and schedule. Orthodontic office experience preferred. Please submit your resume for consideration.
Job duties include:
Provide a positive patient experience
Managing the New Patient Process
Confirming new patients
Verifying insurance benefits
Calling dental offices
Reviewing treatment options with patients
Reviewing financed with patients
Reviewing patient treatment agreements and informed consents
Follow up with past new patients
Includes travel to one office in Davie, FL 2 days per month
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
