Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM

Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Dental Financial Coordinator with a friendly, approachable personality and a strong financial background, particularly in dental practices. This role is essential to helping patients understand and navigate their financial options, making a positive impact on their overall experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage patient accounts and handle financial arrangements
- Submit and track insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer patient financial inquiries
- Process payments and reconcile financial records
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless patient care and office operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial coordination, preferably in a dental office
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans, claims processing, and patient billing
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
