We are an advocate of a team-driven and patient focused practice. We are seeking a lead front desk receptionist who wants to be in charge of the administrative aspect of our office while delivering exceptional patient care.

What You'll Do:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflows, from patient scheduling to team coordination.
Financial: Coordinate insurance verifications and billing processes
Leadership: Inspire a team of dental professionals, ensuring that each member is empowered, organized, and motivated to deliver excellent patient care.
Patient Care Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring they have a seamless experience from their initial consultation through treatment.
Internal and external marketing for the office utilizing social media channels

Schedule: Monday: 10 AM- 6 PM; Tues and Thurs 11AM-7PM, Friday: 10AM-2PM with a possibility of more hours on Wednesdays.
Full autonomy, you are in charge of the front desk with no manager overlooking you.

Who We're Looking For:

You have previous experience in customer service and administrative roles. Previously held roles such as dental assistant, front desk receptionist, dental office manager, hygienist or treatment coordinator are encouraged to apply

Detail-Oriented & Organized: You thrive on keeping everything running efficiently and enjoy problem-solving.
Patient-Focused: You have a knack for ensuring patients feel supported and cared for throughout their treatment journey.
Adaptable & Eager to Grow: You're flexible and open to learning, always looking for ways to improve processes and patient outcomes.
Being cross trained OR be willing to be trained as a dental assistant is a big plus
EagleSoft experience preferred but not a requirement.
BilingualSpanish preferred.

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 32 per week
