Dentist (Upper Manhattan) - Busy Practice Seeking an Associate Dentist!
This established Uptown Manhattan practice is looking for an associate dentist to join their team. We offer a warm and welcoming environment focused on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry, including injectable procedures, scan and mill technology for on-site crown creation, and orthodontic treatment with both Invisalign and traditional braces. New residency or fellowship in a relevant field (orthodontics, prosthodontics, endodontics) a plus.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive dental exams and assessments for all ages.
Develop personalized treatment plans (including injectables, cosmetics, and orthodontics) tailored to patient needs.
Provide a full range of general dentistry services (fillings, cleanings, extractions, crowns, bridges, dentures, root canals).
Perform minor oral surgery procedures (based on experience).
Clearly explain procedures and options to patients
Maintain accurate patient records.
Collaborate effectively with the dental team.
Promote preventative care and oral hygiene education
Pursue continuing education to stay current.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
New residency or fellowship in a relevant field (e.g., orthodontics, prosthodontics, endodontics) a plus.
Excellent clinical skills and commitment to high-quality care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse patients.
Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals.
Proficiency in dental software and EHR systems.
