Schedule for the Front Office Associate:
Monday: 8:30AM - 3:00PM
Tuesday: 8:30AM - 6:00PM
Wednesday: 9:00AM - 3:00PM
Thursday: 9:00AM - 3:00PM
Friday: 8:30AM - 3:00PM
Saturday: OFF
Responsibilities and Requirements of the Front Office Associate:
At least 2 years of dental front office experience required
Open Dental experience preferred
Schedule patient appointments efficiently
Ability to check in and check out patients
Answer incoming phone calls with the best customer service
Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility
Ensure all patient information is accurate and up to date
Discuss and arrange financial plans with the patients, including payment options and insurance coverage
Confirm upcoming appointments and manage cancellations or rescheduled appointments
Maintain a clean and organized front office area
Work on the recall report and schedule patients who are overdue
Collect payment and any outstanding balance from the A/R report
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work well with a team and possess a positive, friendly personality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
