Your role as Our Hygienist:

Build meaningful relationships with patients and make them feel like part of the family.
Provide exceptional clinical care, including cleanings, SRPs, fluoride treatments, and laser bacterial reduction (we’ll pay for training if you’re new to lasers!).
Capture dental X-rays, intraoral photos, and digital scans.
Collaborate with the dentist to diagnose and plan treatment for gum disease, caries, and other oral health conditions.
Deliver personalized oral hygiene education to help patients maintain healthy smiles.
Stay compliant with state and federal regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, etc.).

Requirements:

RDH license for Minnesota
2+ years of experience in a dental setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A love for teamwork and creating a positive workplace
