Come join our team at Union, a dual-specialty pediatric and orthodontics practice dedicated to serving patients of all age groups. Our focus is on patient well-being and collaborative teamwork to ensure a positive experience for all. We are currently looking for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to provide excellent service to our patients and their families. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will work closely with our Financial and Treatment Coordinators to enhance the overall patient experience.

$20 - $28 hourly Responsibilities:
Create a warm and inviting atmosphere within the practice
Welcome patients and their families with a positive demeanor
Coordinate and oversee appointments for patients requiring Orthodontic and Pediatric Dental services
Manage incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
Assist in developing patient payment plans and treatment schedules
Verify and confirm upcoming appointments with patients
Address patient inquiries promptly and effectively
Work collaboratively with Financial and Treatment Coordinators to ensure a seamless patient experience
Qualifications:
Must have a positive and friendly demeanor
Proficient in delivering exceptional customer service
Strong attention to detail is required
Capable of handling multiple tasks at the same time
Previous experience with telephone systems is preferred
Familiarity with patient scheduling processes
