We are a dental office looking to fill a full time or part time opening for a Dental Office Scheduler/Patient Care Coordinator. Our focus is on geriatric patients who have mobility challenges, we often work with their family and/or power of attorney to achieve the best results for the patient. Individuals that have experience running a home office would excel at this position.

Responsibilities, including but not limited to: – Answering phones – Scheduling patients – Interacting with patients, doctors and co-workers in a professional manner – Record and review patient histories and treatment plans
Requirements: – 3+ years working with Dentrix scheduling software – 3+ years in the dental field, such as a front office position – Business Management Skills – Clear and professional phone etiquette – Team player and coachable – East valley required
