Job Summary:We are a thriving private dental practice in Blaine, seeking an energetic, bright, self-starter to join our amazing team as a Licensed or Non-Licensed Dental Assistant. If you like a fast paced, exciting, professional dental office, a friendly environment and being part of an AMAZING team, this is the position for you. Our ideal candidate is proficient in Dentrix, has excellent communication skills, is self-motivated and has a passion for working with people.
We are looking for the right person to join our team.
The position is for Tuesday and Thursday, but there is a possibility for more days.
Pay rate based on experience.
Responsibilities:- Assist the dentist during dental procedures- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations- Maintain accurate patient records- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following treatment or surgery- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
Experience:- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred, but not required- Familiarity with dental anatomy and terminology- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols- Ability to take accurate vital signs
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program is preferred, but not required- Current CPR certification is preferred, but not required
