Job Description

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and patient-oriented individual for the Dental Administrative Assistant position. Candidates must be team oriented, punctual, and reliable. Ability to multitask, excellent written and spoken language skills and telephone etiquette are required. A great personality and comfort in speaking with patients is our number one priority. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required for this position.
Responsibilities

Welcome patients with a warm and welcoming smile
Answering the phones in a timely and friendly manner
Providing general information as well as assisting with registration
Updating and maintaining accurate patient information
Collection of any co-payments at the time of visit and registering transactions and issuing receipts
Scheduling appointments

Processing Claims

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
