Number of hires for this role1Our office is seeking an individual who is friendly, warm, and outgoing. Strong communication skills with patients is a must. Applicants will be trained to answer phones and schedule patients when required. We are looking for serious applicants seeking a long term working relationship with our team as soon as possible.
Job Description:
Radiography and CTScan– taking and exposing patient X-rays
Dental charting – charting all missing teeth and exisiting dental work. Also, new treatment recommendations by the dentist
Crown application – abililty to make temporary crowns
Dental impressions – taking a mold of a patient’s teeth for crowns/dentures/all-on fours etc.
Guiding patients to the operatory and making sure they are comfortable and ready for the appointment
Talking to patients and educating them about treatment and dentist’s instructions
Setting up rooms according to each patient's appointment.
Sterilizing instruments
Using the suction hose to keep the patient’s mouth dry
Ordering dental supplies
Schedule:

8 hour shift

Language:

Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) (Preferred)

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Dental Assisting: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

X-Ray Certification (Preferred)

Must have Dentrix/Dexis knowledge
28-32 hours/week
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8am-5pm.Closed Fridays
Some Wednesdays 8am-5pm but will eventually open every week
