Seeking Pediatric Dental Receptionist
Are you an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual with a passion for helping kids? Do you have experience with dental insurance and Dentrix software? Do you speak both English and Spanish fluently? If so, we want YOU to be part of our growing pediatric dental practice!
We are looking for a qualified receptionist who loves working with children and families and who can manage front office tasks with a smile. Our ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and ready to provide exceptional customer service while supporting our team.
What You’ll Do:

Greet patients and families with a warm, welcoming attitude.
Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm patient visits.
Verify insurance benefits and process claims accurately.
Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures.
Maintain patient records in Dentrix with attention to detail.
Ensure the office runs smoothly by assisting the team wherever needed.
Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients and families.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous receptionist experience, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of dental insurance, including verification and claims.
Experience with Dentrix software (preferred, but not required).
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our diverse patient base.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
A positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
