Job Title: Orthodontic Clinical Assistant

What You’ll Do:

Will you seek excellence in patient care? Provide attentive, high-quality chairside assistance during bonding, adjustments, retainer fittings, and other orthodontic procedures to help every patient achieve their best smile.
Do you love inspiring confidence? Create a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable and empowered throughout their treatment journey.
Are you ready to manage your own schedule independently? Take ownership of your column, coordinating with the team to ensure smooth, efficient patient visits.
Will you document patient interactions with precision? Keep accurate, detailed notes after each visit, ensuring patient records reflect comprehensive care.
Do you prioritize integrity in every aspect of your work? Maintain cleanliness, adhere to safety and sterilization protocols, and uphold the highest ethical standards in all patient interactions.
Can you thrive in a collaborative team? Work seamlessly with the orthodontist, assistants, and administrative team to contribute positively to a professional and supportive practice.

Qualifications:

Experience: Do you have at least 2+ years of experience as an orthodontic assistant with the skills and independence to manage your role effectively?
Patient-Centered Approach: Are you compassionate, patient-focused, and ready to inspire confidence with excellent communication?
Technical Proficiency: Are you comfortable with orthodontic procedures, clinic software, and digital monitoring?
Integrity and Organization: Are you detail-oriented, ethical, and committed to the highest standards in patient care?
