Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Dental Assistant to join our close-knit, family-oriented dental office. Our practice values teamwork, positivity, and a passion for patient care above all else. Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus for this position, as we serve a diverse community.
Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort
Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and maintain patient records
Manage infection control – sterilize instruments and equipment
Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies

Requirements:

Experience with Eaglesoft and Oryx is preferred
Proficiency in taking dental radiographs (X-rays)
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
Ability to work well within a team environment
Must be motivated, positive, and willing to learn
Excellent bedside manner and patient communication skills

Office Hours:

Monday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Tuesday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
