About Us: Baseline Dental Practice is a reputable dental clinic committed to providing high-quality oral healthcare services to our community. We prioritize patient care and comfort, and we are currently seeking a skilled and motivated General Dentist to join our dedicated team. We are looking for a friendly team player experienced in most facets of dentistry, including extractions, root canals, pediatric dentistry, and implant restorations.
The opening is for three Saturdays per month from 8 to 2. We have available one weekday per week as well. You can choose the weekday that works best for your schedule, Monday through Thursday. Monday would be from 8:30 to 5 and Tuesday through Thursday would be 9:30 to 6.
We offer $700 per Saturday ($100 per hour and a paid lunch). If you desire a weekday as well it would be $750 per day.
We require 2 years of general dentistry experience.
The start date is January 2, 2025.
We are a Non-HMO office and do not overbook, so we have plenty of time to care for our patients and get out on time. We also do not upsell our patients on dental services.
Requirements:

A valid dental license in the state of California.
Current DEA license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in an even-paced environment.
Proficiency in extractions, implants, root canals, pediatric dentistry, fillings, crowns, and more.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

The pay is equal to the greater of an hourly rate of $100 per hour or 25% of production over 2 weeks.
