Dental receptionist (Russian speaking preferred but not required)
Grayslake Endodontics is an endodontic office that specializes in root canal treatment and is searching for a part time (2-3 days per week) dental receptionist to join our family. The ideal candidate for this position would be friendly, easy to get along with, detail oriented, professional and a willing to learn new skills.
As our dental receptionist, daily tasks will include greeting practice’s patients and assisting them with filling out necessary registration forms, checking in and checking out patients, collecting copays, sending out insurance claims, answering phone calls, scheduling, assisting the office manager with insurance verification and overall ensuring patients have a great experience when visiting our office. Excellent communication skills are a must along with attention to detail. We are a private dental office, not a corporate office. No nights, no weekends. Minimum 1 year of dental receptionist experience is preferred.
Job Type: Part time
$18-20/hr depending on your experience. As you advance there is room to grow as well as bonuses when achieving goals.
Job Type: Part time with potential of moving to full time
Pay: $18 - $20 per hour

- 8 hour shifts; Office is currently open Monday-Thursday 8am – 4:30pm with select Fridays
