Responsibilities
- Patient Coordination: Manage patient scheduling, confirm appointments, and ensure efficient patient flow throughout the day.
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the dental team to develop and present comprehensive treatment plans, clearly communicating options to patients.
- Billing and Insurance: Handle patient billing, process insurance claims, and follow up on outstanding payments while providing transparent cost information to patients.
- Outreach Initiatives: Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract new patients, including social media engagement, community events, and patient referral programs.
- Administrative Support: Maintain organized patient records, manage phone calls, and respond to emails, ensuring all patient information is up to date and secure.
- Customer Experience: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience from the moment they enter our practice.
