Ability to perform and meet goals in a fast paced environment.
Must be available on evenings and some Saturdays
Willing to be coachable
Leadership skills

Requirements:

Dental Cleanings .
Charting conditions of dental decay and disease for diagnosis and treatment by the dentist
Maintaining and sterilizing dental equipment
Applying fluorides and other cavity preventing agents to prevent dental decay
Making sure recare appointments are made and unscheduled

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene
Licensed to practice in Virginia
CPR certification
1-2 years of experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
