Do you have the drive and passion to help others improve their oral health in the way that we do? As our Front Office Coordinator, you will deliver best-in-class patient care and focus on putting every patient first, every visit.
We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patientââ¬â¢s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice.

Schedule: Part time with no weekends:
Monday: off
Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday 7:00am - 3:00pm
Friday: off
Responsibilities:
The Front Office Coordinator should:
Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
Develop productive schedules.
Manage patient documents and records.
Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
Qualifications:
1 year of prior experience working in dentistry or related field is preferred
Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve or MacPractice, is preferred
Knowledge of Dental operations is preferred
Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits is preferred
Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
