Job Description
Drs. Bradford & Catchings Inc., a leading dental practice in Fishersville, VA, is seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Dental Assistant to join our dentistry team. With competitive pay ranging from $16 to $18/hour and a strong benefits package-including:
Paid lunch hour (applies toward overtime)
27 hours of personal time off after the first 90 days (40 hours after one year)
Office vacation plan (up to 3.5 weeks off per year)
The cumulative yearly time off, after 1 year, ranges between 4- 4.5 weeks per year for full-time employees

This full-time dentistry role requires availability from Monday to Thursday, starting at 7:15 AM, with patients seen until early afternoon. Our office opens on only a few Fridays each year-typically 5-8 Fridays-with patient hours from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Enjoy predictable workdays with evenings and most Fridays off. Mature enough to train
Highly Preferred:
Dental X-ray safety certification
1+ years of experience in a dental clinic
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A DENTAL ASSISTANT?
As a Dental Assistant, you will support our dentists and hygienists in providing top-quality patient care by preparing treatment rooms, assisting with procedures, and managing sterilization and infection control processes. You will take X-rays, maintain accurate patient records, and deliver patient education to promote optimal oral health. Throughout the day, your attention to detail and professional skills will contribute to an organized and welcoming practice. By the end of each day, you'll help prepare the office for the next day's patients, ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional care.
