Mon-Fri Schedule with Wednesday off
Compensation will be based on level of experience.
Job Description: Our dental office is seeking a motivated and experienced Dental
Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational
skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and strong interpersonal skills to
ensure our patients feel comfortable and welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for dental procedures by sterilizing instruments and setting up
treatment rooms
- Assisting dentists and hygienists with procedures, including fillings, extractions, and
cleanings
- Maintaining patient records and scheduling appointments
- Educating patients on proper oral hygiene and providing post treatment care
instructions
- Managing inventory of dental supplies and equipment
- Adhering to all infection control protocols
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of a Dental Assistant training program or relevant experience preferred
- CPR and Radiology certification required
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
