Are you a dedicated and compassionate Dental Assistant looking to grow your career? One of our client’s offices in Baltimore, MD, is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join their team in providing exceptional care to pediatric patients.

Your Role Will Include:

Providing an excellent patient experience, helping to make dental care accessible and comfortable
Educating parents/guardians on treatment needs and assisting with patient scheduling
Assisting with diagnostic radiographs and managing patient records using dental documentation software
Supporting a clean, sterile, patient-centered working environment
Ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory standards (OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, etc.)

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Prior experience in a dental office
Proficiency with hygiene and operative instruments
Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in professional growth
Organized, with a strong knowledge of dental procedures and best practices

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed

Preferred Certifications:

CPR Certification
Radiography Credentials

Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
