Door County Dental Care is a family dental practice dedicated to comprehensive care and beautiful cosmetic and restorative dentistry.




We are looking to add a Dental Front Office Coordinator to our amazing team! You will deliver best-in-class patient care and focus on putting every patient first, every visit.

Schedule: This is a full-time role with no weekends!



Monday: 7:45am - 5pm
Tuesday: 7:45am - 5pm
Wednesday: 7:45am - 5pm
Thursday: 7:45am - 5pm
Friday: Off
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off


Responsibilities:

The Dental Front Office Coordinator should:

Create and maintain and environment where patients are comfortable and enjoy seeing us!
Develop productive schedules.
Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.
Manage patient documents and records.
Process and complete claim forms.
Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
Adhere to office dress code.
Check patients out appropriately.
Qualifications:


Open to Dental Assistants looking to transition to a Dental Front Office Coordinator role
Experience in a Treatment Coordinator or Front Office Coordinator role preferred but not required
Experience with Dentrix is a plus!
Knowledge of Dental operations preferred
Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
