Full-Time Dental Receptionist/Front Desk
Meet our Office:Emerald Dental Spa is located at 397 Chestnut St Suite 1, Union, NJ 07083. We are a fully digital, modern dental practice with over 5 years in operation. We have a close-knit team consisting of 3 operatories, and we are committed to providing top-quality care for our patients. We hope the next addition to our team brings a positive attitude, an easy going demeanor and a genuine care for their patients.
Requirements:
Easy going demeanor
Has great communication skills
1+ years of dental front desk experience
Experience with claims and treatment presentation
Bilingual ( Spanish )
Compensation package:
Hourly rate: Low $18, High $25 (based on experience).
Dental benefits: In-house dental care.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Production Bonus structure
Office Schedule:
Monday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:15 AM - 1:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturdays: Closed
Additional Resources:
Technology: Fully digital practice using Open Dental and Opterics System.
Patient Schedule:
New Patients (NP): 60-minute appointments.
Recalls: 45-60 minutes.
Pediatric patients: 30-45 minutes, about 5% of the patient base.
Patients per day: Approximately 8 patients daily.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
