Job Description

Our growing dental company is seeking a highly motivated and positive individual with great organizational and communication skills to join our enthusiastic Dental Front Desk team. This is a full time position (36-40 hours per week). Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm, and Saturdays 7:30am - 2:00pm.
KEY TASKS:-Greeting patients, answering telephones, scheduling, and confirming appointments-Entering patient information into the Patterson EagleSoft and Dolphin office system-Insurance verification-Assisting patients with forms-Collect and post payments including credit card transactions-Electronically submitting/preparing dental insurance claims-Presenting treatment options and fees-Asking for referrals from patients
REQUIREMENTS:-Able to communicate professionally via email, text, and telephone-Can manage time and tasks efficiently-Have impeccable documentation skills and be able to write accurate notes-MULTI-TASKER-Have exceptional listening abilities-Have excellent communication and verbal skills
