About us
Our dental practice is nestled in a quiet courtyard tucked away in downtown Santa Barbara. Our small, cohesive team of professionals collaborates daily to deliver high-quality dentistry in a calm environment for our patients. The office maintains a collective 50+ years of goodwill with many patients having been a part of the practice for decades. We are a fee-for-service practice that does accept dental benefit plans for payment as an out-of-network provider.
This RDH position offers:- Initial schedule opportunity/availability Tuesday - Thursday. (1-3 days)- Growth opportunities.- On-the-job training.- Safe and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:- Perform and maintain dental hygiene needs for patients of the practice.- Take digital dental x-rays.- Administer local anesthesia as needed (we do not offer nitrous).- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques.- Assist the dentist during procedures as needed.- Maintain accurate patient records within PMS, Dentrix.- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment.- Follow HIPAA Guidelines.
Experience:- Must have an active, valid dental hygiene license in the state of California.
