Job Description

We are looking for a zestful and devoted Dental Financial/Treatment Coordinator to join our exclusive client in Sterling Heights, MI.
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $28/Hr {Work directly for the Dental Office}
What You Do:

Act as patient advocate, assisting patients who may have concerns.
Effectively educate patients on the benefits of orthodontic treatment.
Prepare treatment plans and make financial arrangements per practice guidelines.
Prepare and present financial options to encourage patients to say “Yes” to comprehensive care options.

What You Need:

Electronic billing and billing knowledge.
Familiarity with financing such as Care Credit/Lending club and.
Ability to review the patient’s clinical history including review of x-rays, notes, and images as needed.
Flexibility to use technology including computers, internet, spreadsheets, etc for additional administrative.

*** Knowledge in Eaglesoft is must!
*** Minimum 4 years experience as a Dental Financial/Treatment Coordinator is must! PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT EXPERIENCED.
