Position Overview:The Dental Administrator will be responsible for managing patient appointments, maintaining the appointment schedule, and ensuring smooth patient flow in the office. This role is essential in delivering excellent customer service and supporting our dental team. Dental experience is preferred however in-office training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and confirm patient appontments via phone and in-person.
Manage the appointment schedule and ensure efficient patient flow.
Provide patients with information about procedures, insurance, and payment options.
Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details.
Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
Address patient inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed.
