You should be well-versed in handling dental insurance tasks such as verifying eligibility, understanding coverage, processing claims, and explaining benefits to patients. Confidence in discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient scheduling and coordination of treatments
Extensive telephone and in-person communication with patients
Reviewing financial liabilities, accurate billing, and collecting co-payments
Confidently explaining treatment plans and handling all financial discussions with patients
What You Bring:
Upbeat, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented attitude
Ability to multi-task and self-motivate in a dynamic environment
Excellent listening and communication skills
Previous experience in a customer-facing upscale sales role.
Prior dental experience, with strong knowledge of dental insurance and patient financial coordination
A creative mindset with an eye for detail to contribute to marketing initiatives.
Excellent multitasking and time management skills to meet deadlines and handle various responsibilities.
A warm and caring personality, showing genuine care for patient needs and satisfaction.
